I’m an artisan. How do I get my goods on Preserve?

If you have a product you just know we would love, please contact us using this form. Include a link to your web site and a list of outlets where your products are currently sold. We can hardly wait to see what you’re hawking. Please note -- at this time, though we'd love to hear from you wherever you may be, we are only featuring items made in the United States.

Are all of the products you carry made in America?

Ah, the good old US of A… We absolutely adore our country and the wonderful products that emerge from its fascinating, multi-faceted culture. Everything you’ll ever see on PRESERVE comes from companies that are based in America and keep their production happening right here on our soil. Eventually, we hope to link with our brethren in Central America and follow in our founder’s footsteps by merging with Canada. ;)

How do I keep up with all of this? Is there a PRESERVE newsletter?

Why yes, there is. You can stay apprised of our ongoing organized chaos by signing up to receive regular emails about new products, stories, our efforts to give back, and everything else happening at PRESERVE. We’re not asking you to pledge your eternal love— you can always break up with us by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email, or log into your account to manage your subscription preferences.

Do I need an account to purchase items from PRESERVE?

No, but signing up for a PRESERVE account will certainly make your checkout process easier. We promise we’ll store your information securely so you don’t have to enter it every time you make a purchase. You may sign up here at any time.

Is my credit card information secure on PRESERVE?

Safer than with your spouse. We use a secure SSL connection, so your payment information is a secret never to be told.

How do I track my order?

After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that to find out when to expect your PRESERVE goods to arrive, and await the date with bated breath…

The item I wanted seems to be out of stock. Will you be getting more?

Due to the primarily hand-crafted nature of our product mix, it’s hard to say for sure, but we always try to have as much available to you as our artisans can supply. We’re learning from you, too, so if many of you love certain items, we will do everything we can to keep them in stock.

What is your return policy?

We will refer you to the Shipping & Returns Page for such info.

Can I return consumable goods (i.e. food)?

Sorry, edibles are not for the commitment - phobic. Don’t worry, you’ll love them.

Do I pay for having to return goods I no longer want?

So long as your return is approved, the return is on us. This way, even if you don’t love what you ordered, you can’t say we never gave you anything. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full details and instructions.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship only to addresses in the United States of America. We've already gotten lots of requests for international shipping, and we are working on a solution that will allow for that in the future. Watch this space for details!
