Meet The Artisan

A former art curator and choreographer, Brooklyn dweller John Sorenson-Jolink draws from his own rich history when creating new relics. His products meld vintage materials and functional designs in a harmonious dance, making them the perfect complements to contemporary life. Jon also dabbles in ceramics, where he has collaborated with the talented artist Brooke Winfrey of BTW Ceramics. Eschewing straight lines and even textures, she highlights the natural creation process with a minimalist mix of rough edges, smooth surfaces and flowing forms, imitating the wonderful irregularities of life itself.
